5. Assessments and programs

Assessments offered through this site are proprietary developmental instruments, not psychological tests, diagnoses, or clinical screenings. Your responses are reviewed by a trained facilitator before any engagement begins, and program fit decisions are made by humans, not algorithms. Program purchases may be subject to separate written agreements, which control if they conflict with these Terms.

6. User submissions

If you submit testimonials, questions, or other content for publication, you grant Tip Jones Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our services, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. Assessment responses and program reflections are not publication submissions and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The site may link to third-party platforms (scheduling, payment, donations, social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability
