Dr. Tiffany “Tip” Jones is a visionary teacher, award-winning speaker, and founder of multiple impact-driven ventures that center equity, ease, and embodiment. Tip is a Life Design & Restoration Strategist who helps purpose-driven individuals and leaders reimagine how they live, work, and restore themselves. Through 1:1 coaching, trauma-informed yoga, anxiety-supportive practices, immersive retreats, and transformative workshops, Tip guides clients in building daily rhythms that support nervous system balance, emotional resilience, and values-aligned living. Her work blends strategic life design with holistic, body-centered methods to help people move from burnout and fragmentation into clarity, flow, and sustainable ease. With deep compassion and practical tools, Tip creates brave spaces for transformation—one breath, one choice, one aligned action at a time.

She is the force behind Tip Jones Global, the umbrella enterprise for her leadership consulting, supplier mentorship, and transformational speaking engagements; OwnHers™, a membership movement for women reclaiming power and prosperity; and One Dollar College™, a scholarship initiative providing funds granted by individual contributions of at least one dollar to thwart student loan debt.

Tip is also the creator of The Mind Dance™ Method, a licensed self-care framework that merges narrative healing, embodied leadership, and neuroscience into a repeatable, teachable system for reinvention. She holds an honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters. She serves as a guest lecturer for Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth College, where she shares corporate procurement insights and best practices for leveraging various certifications to global executives and business owners.
