About Dr. Tip Jones®
A life built by saying yes before every answer arrived.
Her work sits at the intersection of Yes. How?™, leadership performance, courage, innovation, mindfulness, movement, and the systems that determine who gets seen, sponsored, and trusted with opportunity.

A framework shaped across decades.
Yes. How?™ is the framework connecting Tip's entrepreneurship, enterprise career, teaching, speaking, and intellectual property. It reflects a long-running pursuit of greater agency, better systems, meaningful work, strong relationships, protected capacity, and the freedom to choose what comes next. Design the Decade™ provides the long-horizon planning lens, building on a theme Tip used in her annual EnVision event.
The unconventional route became the curriculum.
Today, she brings that lived experience into speaking, executive education, Yes. How?™, Design the Decade™, and the development of Mind Dance Psience™. Her work explores the conditions that help people act courageously, make long-horizon decisions, protect human capacity, and create greater room for life.
The home for her ideas and her intellectual property.
Tip founded The Consulting Studio in 2006. The enterprise later became Tip Jones Global, LLC and now serves as the home for her education, speaking, original ideas, and intellectual property. Yes. How?™ is the governing framework, with Design the Decade™ providing a long-horizon strategic lens and Life of Ease™ naming the outcome the work is built toward.
The room is part classroom, part mirror, part invitation.
Tip has been presenting, speaking, and teaching since 2001. She facilitates executive learning with Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth College and designs learning experiences for organizations, conferences, and leadership communities. Her teaching combines clear frameworks, memorable stories, honest reflection, and practical application. Participants leave with language they can use, choices they can see, and practices they can carry forward.
