Effective date: August 19, 2026
Tip Jones Global, LLC ("Tip Jones Global," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on tipjones.com and connected experiences (including the Mind Dance™ assessment), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Information you provide. Name, email, phone, and message content when you use our contact forms, register for programs or events, book speaking, subscribe to updates, or make a donation to The Tip Jones StartUP Scholarship through links on this site.
Assessment and program information. If you complete the Mind Dance™ Personal Assessment or participate in a program, we collect your responses, including reflections you choose to share. Certain demographic and identity questions are optional and are used only to personalize language, accessibility, and facilitation — never to score, rank, or deny you access.
Automatic information. Standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) and cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver programs, coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements you request.
- To review assessment responses with a trained facilitator, determine program fit, and personalize your experience.
- To send updates you've opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To meet legal, accounting, and safety obligations.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use assessment responses, reflections, or facilitator notes for advertising or ad targeting.
- We do not disclose individual assessment content, narrative responses, or program-fit outcomes to an employer or sponsor without your explicit, informed authorization. Employer-sponsored programs receive aggregate, de-identified reporting only.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and programs (hosting, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing), under obligations of confidentiality; with professional advisors; and where required by law or to protect safety. If you disclose an immediate safety concern during an assessment or program, we may act on our safety and referral protocol, which can include contacting emergency services.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time (Section 7).
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access to assessment data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to optional processing, by emailing info@tipjones.com. We honor applicable state privacy rights and will respond within the timeframe required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children
This site and our programs are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
Links to other sites (including donation and scheduling platforms) are governed by those sites' own policies.
