This page explains who owns the content on tipjones.com and how to request permission to use it — including the Tip Jones name, likeness, frameworks, and marks.
1. Ownership
All content on this site — text, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, curricula, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, and video — is the property of Tip Jones Global, LLC or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.
2. Trademarks
Tip Jones®, multi-hyphenate®, OwnHers®, Mind Dance™, Mind Dance Psience™, Toolbox Refill™, Whole Woman Architecture™, and Yes. How?™ are trademarks of Tip Jones Global, LLC or affiliated entities. The Tip Jones StartUP Scholarship name and logo are property of that nonprofit corporation. Nothing on this site grants any license to use these marks. Do not use them — including in domain names, social handles, course titles, hashtags in a source-identifying way, or advertising — without prior written permission.
3. What you may do without asking
- Link to any public page on this site.
- Share our public social posts using the platform's native share tools, unedited and with attribution intact.
- Quote brief excerpts of public site content (up to 75 words) for commentary, review, or news reporting, with clear credit to "Tip Jones Global" and a link to the source page.
4. What requires written permission
- Reproducing, distributing, or teaching from our frameworks, assessments, workbooks, slides, or program materials, in whole or in part, in any setting — corporate, academic, or community.
- Creating derivative works, translations, or adaptations of our content or methodologies.
- Using the Tip Jones name, photograph, likeness, voice, or biography in marketing, on event materials, or in media beyond factual event listings for engagements we have confirmed in writing.
- Recording, rebroadcasting, or excerpting keynotes, workshops, or program sessions.
- Any commercial use of any content on this site.
5. Media and press
Members of the press may use approved headshots and boilerplate biography supplied in our media kit for coverage of confirmed appearances and news. For the media kit, interview requests, or approval of other uses: info@tipjones.com.
6. How to request permission
Email info@tipjones.com with: (a) the exact content you want to use, (b) where and how it will appear, (c) the audience and duration, and (d) whether the use is commercial. We respond to complete requests promptly. Permission, when granted, is limited to the use described and may be revoked for misuse.
7. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to info@tipjones.com. We respond to valid notices, including removing or disabling access to the material identified.
8. Enforcement
Tip Jones Global, LLC actively protects its intellectual property and will pursue remedies available under law for unauthorized use.
