Accessibility is not an accommodation at Tip Jones Global — it is a design requirement. We are committed to a website and program experience that people of all abilities can use with dignity and ease.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Our ongoing work includes:
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and logos.
- Sufficient color contrast and text that resizes without loss of function.
- Full keyboard navigability with visible focus indicators.
- Clear headings, labels, and link text for screen reader users.
- Forms — including the Mind Dance™ assessment — with programmatic labels, error identification, and no time limits.
- Motion kept purposeful, with reduced-motion preferences respected.
Accessibility in our programs
Mind Dance™ is designed to be adaptable by default. Movement practices are always optional, with chair-based, standing, walking, stillness, and non-movement alternatives. Our intake asks directly about accessibility, mobility, neurodiversity, sensory, and language needs so your experience can be shaped around them — no single body or mind is treated as the standard.
Known limitations
Some third-party content we embed (video players, scheduling tools, donation platforms) may not fully meet our standard. Where we identify barriers in third-party tools, we work with providers or offer an alternative path — you can always reach us directly.
