Section 1: Introduction

Example: Gain clarity and strategies to enhance my executive presence in leadership meetings.
Example: POD means intentionally leveraging opportunities to elevate my career and personal growth through increased visibility and confidence.

Section 2: Self-Assessment

Rate yourself on a scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high) in the following areas:

Current rating: 5

Example: 7 – I feel fairly confident but sometimes doubt my abilities in high-stakes meetings.
Example: Presenting in front of senior executives, making decisions in unfamiliar territory.

Section 3: Personal Brand + Visibility

List activities or platforms where you currently have visibility and rate your effectiveness (1-5):

Example: LinkedIn – 3, Networking Events – 4, Company Town Halls – 2
Example: I led a project turnaround where open communication and team empowerment were crucial to our success, reinforcing my collaborative leadership style.
Example: Strengths: Communication, Team Building, Decision Making | Blind Spots: Delegation, Conflict Avoidance, Public Speaking

Section 4: Communication & Body Language

Check the communication style you predominantly use:

Example: Practice active listening and clearly summarize key points in meetings.
Example: Next week's departmental meeting, where I'll ensure strong posture and clear voice projection.
Example: Deep breathing, power posing for two minutes, and repeating a positive affirmation.

Section 5: Reframing & Mindset

Identify one limiting belief and reframe it:

Example: Limiting belief – "I'm not experienced enough." | Reframe – "I bring fresh perspectives and valuable insights."
Example: I am a senior leader confidently leading innovative projects, respected and valued, living a balanced lifestyle.
Example: I am becoming more confident in my abilities daily. I am becoming a visible and impactful leader.

Section 6: POD Plan (Final Deliverable)

Example: To be a dynamic leader recognized for fostering growth and innovation, inspiring my team, and achieving professional excellence.
Example: 10-minute meditation, reviewing daily goals, and affirming my leadership abilities.
Personal: Join a public speaking group | Professional: Volunteer to lead a project quarterly
