Client Responsibilities
To ensure program success, clients agree to:
- Complete all pre-work assignments promptly
- Provide timely information and feedback
- Attend all scheduled sessions and workshops
- Make necessary decisions and secure internal approvals
- Maintain access to required systems and ensure data accuracy
Program Policies
Scheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling permitted with 24-hour advance notice
- Late cancellations may be counted as delivered sessions
- Deposits are non-refundable once program begins
- Cancellation after start date: client responsible for completed work
Deliverables & Acceptance
- All deliverables deemed accepted unless written feedback provided within 5 business days
- One round of reasonable revisions included per deliverable
- Biweekly delivery cadence maintained throughout program
Legal Framework
Governing Law: North Carolina (excluding conflict-of-laws provisions)
Dispute Resolution: Good-faith negotiation followed by legal remedies in Forsyth County, NC courts
Independent Contractor: No partnership, franchise, or employment relationship created
Limitation of Liability: Each party's aggregate liability limited to amounts paid under this agreement

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Both parties agree to protect confidential information including business plans, strategies, financials, and proprietary methods. Coach retains rights to methodologies and tools; client retains rights to provided data and content.
